Greater Boston property services
Plan lawn and landscape care for your property
Outdoor care works best when the requested areas and the desired result are clear. Zora Solution offers landscaping and lawn-care discussions for homes and businesses in Greater Boston. Use the existing services list as a starting point, then describe the work needed at your own property.

Available service scope
- Grass trimming and edging for the areas you identify.
- Seasonal mulch replacement, flower planting and limited bush or tree trimming, subject to the agreed scope.
Limits and items to confirm
- Large-tree work and specialist arborist services are not assumed to be included.
- Confirm material supply, waste handling and follow-up visits separately. Pesticide, irrigation and hardscape work are not promised here.
What shapes your quote
- Lawn and bed dimensions, plant counts or heights, and current photographs.
- Gates, slopes, steps, parking and other access restrictions.
- The requested tasks, materials and one-time or recurring care schedule.
Your quote confirms the included work, materials and availability. Sending a request does not reserve a visit.
Describe each outdoor area
Identify the lawn, planting beds, driveway or sidewalk edges, and bushes included in your request. Photographs and approximate dimensions help explain the amount of work. State whether you want a one-time task or wish to discuss recurring maintenance.
Current website services include grass trimming, edging, seasonal mulch replacement, flower planting and limited bush or tree trimming. Describe the plant count and height for any trimming request so the scope can be checked. Do not assume large-tree work or specialist arborist services are included.
Explain access and what should remain
Mention gates, steps, slopes, shared access and parking restrictions. Identify plants, fixtures and belongings that should remain untouched. Tell Zora about any property rules that affect when work or loading can take place.
Explain the condition of the area and any obstacles shown in your photographs. If the work involves an area shared with neighbors or tenants, establish who can authorize it and which boundary is included in the request.
Confirm materials and maintenance scope
For mulch or planting, discuss the area, the materials you have in mind and whether supply is included in the quote. Do not assume materials, waste handling or follow-up visits are included in every plan. Ask for the agreed inclusions to be clear before deciding.
For recurring care, discuss the tasks and visit schedule after the property has been reviewed. A general inquiry is not a subscription or a confirmed maintenance booking. Share your preferred timing and ask about availability.
Choose a request that matches the season
Use current photographs when practical so the discussion reflects the property’s present condition. Confirm which work is suitable for the timing you request and how any change to scope will be handled. No pesticide application, irrigation, hardscape or specialist qualification is promised by this guide.
For winter access, see the snow removal guide. If the main task is unwanted furniture or household items rather than landscape care, use the junk removal guide instead.
