Plan your junk removal in Greater Boston
A useful removal request starts with what needs to leave and how it can be reached. Zora Solution handles junk removal for homes and businesses. Use this guide to explain a single bulky item or a mixed load before discussing the scope and scheduling.

Available service scope
- Furniture and bulky household items, including sofas, mattresses, tables and chairs.
- Approved appliances, boxes and household or business loads; confirm unusual items first.
Limits and items to confirm
- Hazardous chemicals, medical waste and other restricted materials are not accepted.
- Appliance suitability, unusually heavy items and any disassembly need review before pickup.
What shapes your quote
- Item count, dimensions and photographs of the full load.
- Floor, stairs or elevator, narrow doors and distance to loading.
- Your location, approved materials and preferred pickup timing.
Your quote confirms the included work, materials and availability. Sending a request does not reserve a visit.
Describe the items and the amount
List the furniture, appliances, boxes or other items you want reviewed. Include approximate counts and dimensions for bulky pieces. A photograph of the whole load helps show its size; close-up photographs can explain anything unusually heavy or awkward. Identify what stays so the request does not include belongings you want to keep.
The current service includes furniture and other approved household or business items. Do not assume every material or appliance can be accepted. Mention anything that needs special handling and ask Zora to confirm it before making pickup arrangements.
Explain the route out of the property
Share the floor, stairs, elevator availability and the distance to the loading area. For a couch or large cabinet, mention narrow doors and tight turns. If a building has elevator reservations, loading rules or parking restrictions, include them with your request.
Describe where the items are now rather than moving heavy furniture just to obtain an estimate. Ask about the handling plan and whether any preparation or disassembly is required for the agreed job.
Review the quote and pickup plan
Item quantity, size, access and the approved material affect the work that needs planning. Send your town and preferred timing so Zora can discuss availability. A request or photograph is the start of a conversation; it does not reserve a slot or establish a final price.
Before agreeing, confirm the items covered, access arrangements, any materials or handling requirements, the quote and the pickup window. If the load changes, tell Zora before the visit so the scope can be reviewed.
Keep restricted materials separate
The website excludes hazardous chemicals, medical waste and other restricted materials. Identify unknown material before requesting removal and use an appropriate specialist where necessary. Do not mix it into a household load. For a multi-room project, use the property cleanout guide to organize the keep-and-remove decisions.
