Prepare a home, apartment or office cleanout

A cleanout needs a clear boundary between items to remove and belongings to keep. Zora Solution’s existing work covers household and business cleanout requests, including apartments, garages, basements and offices. Start with an inventory and an authorized contact rather than a general instruction to clear everything.

What shapes your quote

Your quote confirms the included work, materials and availability. Sending a request does not reserve a visit.

Make a room-by-room removal list

Walk through the rooms, storage areas, garage or basement included in the request. Separate the list into items to remove, items to keep and items still awaiting a decision. Mark shared spaces clearly so another resident’s or tenant’s belongings are not included by mistake.

Keep important documents, valuables and personal belongings apart from the removal area. For an office, identify equipment and records that must remain. The owner or authorized decision-maker should resolve uncertain items before the agreed work begins.

Plan building access and authorization

Tell Zora whether the property is occupied and who can authorize removal. Include entry arrangements, stairs, elevator reservations, loading areas and any building rules. Ask the building manager about access requirements rather than assuming the crew can use every entrance.

For a rental turnover or shared storage area, identify exactly which items are approved for removal. If several people are involved, nominate one contact to confirm the list and discuss changes. This helps keep the agreed scope clear.

Share timing without assuming a booking

Include your move-out, turnover or preferred completion date, along with photographs of each area. Mention whether you are asking about a partial cleanout or the whole listed space. Zora will need to review the work and discuss availability; sending the request alone does not confirm a date.

Review the quote, included areas, approved items and access plan before agreeing. Ask how any additional items discovered later should be handled. Leave anything uncertain out of the agreed removal list until it has been reviewed.

Separate special materials from the request

Hazardous chemicals, medical waste and other restricted materials are not accepted. Describe heavy or unusual items separately so their suitability can be checked. No demolition, document destruction, appraisal or specialist hazardous-material service is implied by a cleanout request.

If only a few bulky pieces need to leave, the junk removal guide may be the better starting point. Both guides lead to the same Zora contact route so you can explain the actual job.

Send a request you can review

Call 617 860 9573 or open WhatsApp to discuss your property. The contact form prepares an editable inquiry; it does not send or book anything automatically.
